Terms of Service

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials private, sign in only on devices you trust, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use GarHtar (16 in regions that require it).

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and other content you publish on GarHtar. By publishing, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content as part of operating the service — including for things like search, previews, and platform-wide curation. You can delete a prompt at any time, which revokes that licence going forward.

Don't publish content you don't have the right to share. Don't publish content that's illegal where you live or where the service is hosted.

3. Prohibited use

The short version: don't be a jerk, and don't break the law. Specifically, don't use GarHtar to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Publish hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
• Distribute malware, phishing material, or instructions for attacking systems you don't own.
• Scrape the service in a way that disrupts other people's use of it.

We can hide, remove, or take down accounts and content that violates this section. For ambiguous cases we'll usually reach out first.

4. AI-generated content

GarHtar is a sharing platform for prompts — we don't run the AI models, and we're not responsible for what those models output when you take a prompt elsewhere and run it. Different models have different rules; check the policies of the platform you're using.

5. Service changes

GarHtar is in active development. We may add, change, or remove features. We'll try to give meaningful notice for changes that materially affect you, but we can't promise specific notice windows during beta.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users.

7. Disclaimers

GarHtar is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
